In 1995, he started his career as a Lecturer, teaching IT, Business and Communication subjects in one of the leading colleges in Malaysia. In the year 2000, he decided to start his own business and formed Leader System. Initially he was doing computer sales and provided aftersales services in a very small scale within the Klang Valley only. Along the way, he expanded the business to include Networking and CCTV. Besides being an IT and CCTV solution provider, he has also served as a Project Manager and Consultant for many companies.

IT Manager
He started his career as an IT Technician even when he was pursuing his studies. Upon completing his studies, he joined one of the leading colleges in Malaysia as a Lecturer. He was lecturing IT subjects, focusing on programming, networking and hardware related subjects. He joined Leader System in 2008 as an IT Manager and brought the company to another level. He manages the entire Technical Team and oversees project implementation at all levels. He always maintains a good relationship with customers & clients and provides the best solution at an affordable cost.
Adrian Nadzrin

IT Engineer
He started his career as an IT Technician with Leader System in 2011, shortly after completing his studies. Working his way up from the bottom, he was subsequently promoted to IT Executive in 2013 and again in 2017 to IT Engineer. As one of Leader System’s customer-facing staff, he reports directly to the IT Manager & manages a team of dedicated IT support technicians, promptly resolving customers’ needs at a moment’s notice.
